What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When ordering our software from any of our sites or partner sites, we collect the purchaser's name, email address, and mailing address. This allows us to process and fulfill orders and provide notification of the order status.

When downloading and installing our software, you will be prompted to input your email address. If you elected to be added to the company newsletter, you will be sent a weekly newsletter that contains updates and news about our products. If you wish to be removed from the newsletter at any time, please contact us. We log any installation that has been made so that we can track the number of installs. We do this by capturing unique hardware info. None of this data can in no way shape or form be used to personally identify you.

How do 3rd party credit card processors protect customer information?
Customers who buy through NerdLib.com are shopping on a secure server hosted by PayPal who encrypts all of the customer's personal information including name, address and credit card number. Encryption ensures that no one can access or use personal information in an unauthorized manner.

What about cookies?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are used only to identify the customer, not to identify any specific customer traits. These cookies do not store sensitive data.
